As a Travel Manager, you will:
• Motivating your branch team to provide an unparalleled customer experience
• Track and review sales performance and lead your team to hit targets and performance indicators and create a high-performance culture
• Develop, coach, and train your staff to aid their career development and progression
• Develop innovative ways to increase sales and customer engagement
• Taking overall accountability for the branch
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
• Leadership experience within sales or customer focused environments is essential
• Previous travel branch experience is essential
• A confident, sociable, and vibrant personality
• An ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers
