Your Coop are looking for a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent to join our society. As a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent, you will be:  
 
Receive sales enquiries from B2B customers answering them efficiently 
In this environment, you will deal with a mix of Coop Retail branches, Consortium members and homeworkers 
Assist and advise customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
Provide unrivalled customer service by continuously going the extra mile
Sell a range of Coop Holidays products, including tailor made itineraries, Cruise packages, Eurostar, long & short haul, City Break experiences and more.
Achieve sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of Coop Holidays products at every opportunity
Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development
Provide first level support to customers on any queries they may have on their booking or Coop Holidays product
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business 
Ensure that expert knowledge in all Coop Holidays product is maintained and promoted at every opportunity with customers
 
Your shift pattern may include some evenings and weekends, but we value your time outside of work and we’ll make sure your rota is available 4-weeks in advance – giving you peace of mind to be able to make the most of your days off

Who are we looking for?

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: 
 
Some experience in travel desired
Some experience in sales desired
Target driven
Customer focused
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using web-based systems
