About the role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting members in a professional and member-focused environment? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our Membership team at Midcounties Co-operative, based at our Head Office in Warwick.

As a Member Benefits Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and high-quality telephone, administration, and email support to our valued members and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries promptly, maintaining accurate records, and handling complaints with confidence and professionalism.

As part of this role, you will: 
• Provide reliable, accurate and timely support to existing members, new prospect members and all colleagues 
• Be responsible for updating and maintaining all records in line with current policies and the Data Protection Act
• Assist at membership events as required and by arrangement (sometimes outside office hours) 
• Ensure key performance indicators and service level agreements are met to ensure our members’ expectations are met

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days. 

Who are we looking for?

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: 
 
• Experience in a call centre, a helpdesk, or similar customer contact centre 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• To be computer literate and confidently be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook 
• Experience with databases would be desirable
