About the role:

Do you have a wealth of experience working in dynamic FM environments?

As a Senior Facilities Manager you will be expected to take ownership of a number of transformational change projects to support the Head of Facilities Management in delivering their vision and strategy.

You will manage the operational and capital budgets for the FM team and demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to detail with solid analytical skills. Your understanding of complex FM data, systems and processes will enable you to excel and be a positive agent for change within the department. 

As part of this role, your responsibilities will include: 
• Supporting the Head of FM in developing and delivering the FM strategy for all Midcounties properties (Food, Childcare, Travel and other)
• Leading, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of team members in order to share knowledge, increase team skill level and improve the standard of service delivery 
• Being the subject matter expert for FM, providing technical advice and guidance to senior stakeholders within your organisation 
• Owning and developing supplier relationships and support the delivery of contract tenders 
• Providing out of hours FM as and when required

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will need: 
 
Previous experience of the changing and diverse nature of managing FM in a large, complex and multi-site operation 
Keen eye for detail 
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills 
Experience, knowledge and drive to work independently and remotely
