As a Sales Development Manager , you will be:
• Accountable for delivering sales, commission targets and service in relation to a wide range of services and products across our food estate
• Accountable for the execution of the plan which includes, compliance and development of the commercial partnerships
• Be the primary point of contact for our external partners for day to day management of the partnership
• Assist the Head of Healthcare & Commercial Partnerships in the implementation of new commercial partnerships strategic plan
• Ongoing assistance in the management & compliance of varying commercial partnerships, understand what the contractual requirements are and ensure they are kept up to date and current
• Act as an escalation between stores and the commercial partners and provide quick resolution to issues to ensure we are maximising sales opportunities & delivering for our stores & customers.
• To ensure compliance to operational standards for commercial partnerships in Food Stores to increase sales & profitability.
• Meet with the external partners on a regular basis to build relationships and have a full understanding of services that can be provided to maximise on sales along with creating & delivering on our joint business plans.
• Use available date, MI & insight to create opportunities to maximise the sales from the partnerships.
