Alongside being a manager, you will also play an active part in engaging and building relationships with your community.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Store Manager would be:
• Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
• Providing excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture
• Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
• Driving people-related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands-on within the store when needed
• Actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
